CARROT & BANANA MUFFINS 🍌 ◼️ INGREDIENTS: ▪️ 2 large ripe bananas ▪️ 1 large cooked carrot ▪️ 2 eggs ▪️ 1 tsp baking powder ▪️ 100g oat flour (or wheat flour) ▪️ Chocolate chips to taste ⏳ Time: 12–13 minutes 🌡 Temperature: 160 °C (air fryer) 1️⃣ Mash the bananas and the cooked carrot. 2️⃣ Add the eggs, flour, and baking powder.
