Normandy Bunkers on Instagram: "CHURCHILL TANK RESTORATION AT D-DAY BATTLE SITE We love visiting the famous D-Day target Wn17 ’Hillman’ site behind Sword beach near Colleville-Montgomery in Normandy, partly due to the Churchill tank you can find at the end of the car park. This Churchill is a long-term restoration project but you can see some of the progress already, including a recent base layer paint job and a cleanup inside. It’s a MkIV version with a huge 75mm gun and was donated by the tank
