Today I honored the life of Specialist Blake Kelly, a Shelby, Nebraska native, who died serving in Bosnia in 2003. Blake was a member of the Nebraska Army National Guard and was always eager to help others in need. Blake embodied the pride of his small town and our state, and I thank him for answering the call to serve our country. It was an honor to tell his story. | Senator Deb Fischer
