Yes- I am pregnant and still eat raw fish. These are some rules I follow: ✅ I only eat sushi-grade, properly frozen fish from a reputable sushi restaurant ✅ I avoid high-mercury fish & smoked fish ✅ I limit intake by going once a week max.
