Jan 22, 2006 · Local stations like Fox, CW, and the major networks are owned by different Companies. For instance, in my DMA CW is owned by Nexstar which is in dispute. Nexstar also owns the Local ABC station. So they are both out FOR ME. The local fox is owned by Tribune Broadcasting. When the Bonneville dispute was going on, I lost NBC.

Jan 6, 2020 · the Fox stations in Tyler is owned by White Knight Broadcasting but is operated by Nexstar Media under a "Shared Service Agreement". so therefore it could be White Knight is looking for a new deal for carriage of the channel. have you consider "moving" to get a different Fox station like KDFW in Dallas.
