Major winter storm brings snow, sleet, ice and rain to much of the South

A major winter storm hit much of the South with snow, ice and rain, causing major flight delays and cancellations. Some areas not used to snow got significant amounts, causing hazardous conditions on roads.

Areas across the Lowcountry saw winter weather on Friday, especially those living more inland. We traveled from Goose Creek on Highway 52 up to Greeleyville in Williamsburg County to capture some of the sights.
