Ozzy Osbourne's official cause of death has been revealed after the rock legend's family announced that he passed away on July 22 at age 76.

Sharon Sue Worden, age 85, of Chatfield, Minn., died Sunday, August 3, 2025, at Chosen Valley Care Center in Chatfield.

Osbourne, known as the Prince of Darkness, died July 22 at the age of 76. A heavy metal icon, and the face of Black Sabbath, died “surrounded by love,” his family said in a statement at the time.
