Seattle Seahawks head coach Mike Macdonald is searching for his next offensive coordinator after firing Ryan Grubb one day after the season. Macdonald cited differences in offensive philosophies as the reason for the change.

The Seahawks saw success and production from their rookies that head coach Mike Macdonald said will “pay dividends for us in the future.”

Macdonald said he will give leeway to the new offensive coordinator to hire his own assistants. That has Seahawks line coach Scott Huff and others on notice, waiting uncomfortably.
