Buffalo Bills coach Sean McDermott anticipates James Cook will practice Tuesday. This would be the running back's first session since he began his contract standoff on Aug. 3.

Cook has gone back and forth in his attempts to get a contract extension, first practicing through the first week of training camp and then holding out "because of business."
