A suspect has turned himself in after a shooting left one person injured after a shooting at an Exxon Refuel in Cary early Thursday morning.

Epic Games' rezoning request for its planned headquarters at Cary Towne Center has been withdrawn due to inactivity.

The rezoning application was withdrawn in December, three years after the video game developer filed to redevelop the vacant mall.
