An anonymous John Doe claims in a new lawsuit that he was scouted while busking on a street and sexually assaulted by Combs after meeting him.

Tony Buzbee filed another lawsuit against Sean "Diddy" Combs—this time on behalf of an unnamed male musician who says he was sexually assaulted a decade ago.

Music mogul Sean 'Diddy' Combs is facing a new lawsuit filed by a street musician, who claims he was raped by Diddy after being invited to a party in November 2022. The plaintiff alleges being drugged and incapacitated before the assault.

Combs is currently in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn as he awaits trial on federal sex crime charges.
