BLOOMINGTON — Indiana basketball made UCLA earn it. The Hoosiers fought back from a 10-point deficit in the final minutes of Friday's game against the Bruins at Assembly Hall, but couldn't come up with a clutch basket in the final seconds of a 72-68 loss.

The 6-foot-9 sophomore led the offense in the first half, got injured, returned, and helped spark a comeback. All that to miss key shots down the stretch.

It felt like if the Hoosiers were going to push for March Madness, stacking on a win at Michigan State would be the launching point.
