The University of Pennsylvania has agreed to ban transgender women from its women's sports teams to resolve a federal civil rights case.

The University of Pennsylvania has reached a deal with the Trump administration to ban transgender athletes from competing in women’s sports at the school.

Penn will send letters of apology to female athletes who swam with Lia Thomas and restore their Penn records and honors, according to a deal reached with the Trump administration.
