2025 NBA Draft: 76ers select Baylor freshman VJ Edgecombe with No. 3 pick
NEW YORK — The Philadelphia 76ers selected Baylor freshman guard VJ Edgecombe with the third overall pick in the 2025 NBA Draft on Wednesday night. The 19-year-old Edgecombe had an outstanding season for the Bears, averaging 15 points, 5.6 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game.
As expected, Cooper Flagg went No. 1 overall to the Dallas Mavericks. The 76ers drafted Baylor's VJ Edgecombe third overall.
