Liverpool do not plan to make a second bid for Alexander Isak after having a first offer worth in the region of £110m rejected out of hand by Newcastle United.

It's been a busy old day with the Alexander Isak bid rejected by Newcastle United and then news that Liverpool are pulling away from the transfer. Whether that happens or not remains to be seen - Isak is certainly unsettled and the fear will be that he tries to force through a move now.
