Youths attack Black teen in Simi Valley parking lot while shouting racial slurs, authorities say
A Black teenager was assaulted by a group of teens shouting racial slurs in Simi Valley. The teens face a variety of charges, and three face special allegations of a hate crime.
The teens are scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 10 at the Ventura County Juvenile Justice Center in Oxnard.
