When Nick Foles showed up on Fox's broadcast of the NFC championship game, color commentator and former Patriots QB Tom Brady was ready with a joke.

Hurts wasn’t the only quarterback receiving praises. Burkhardt and Brady had a lot to say about Commanders rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels ahead of the matchup between division rivals. “He’s not playing like a rookie. He’s actually playing at an MVP-type level,” Brady said.

At one point in the contest, the broadcast showed former Eagles Pro Bowl quarterback Nick Foles in the stands at Lincoln Financial Field. This gave Brady an opportunity to send a blunt message to his former foe.
