Eagles quarterback Hurts has been in concussion protocol since exiting the Week 16 matchup against the Washington Commanders, missing the last two games.
Hurts was a full participant in practice Thursday, with the Eagles gaining key assets just before the playoffs begin.
McKee, in his second year out of Stanford, threw two more touchdown passes after replacing Pickett and then made his first NFL start Sunday and defeated the Giants, 20-13. He completed 27 of 41 throws for 269 yards and two touchdowns while playing almost exclusively with fellow backups.
Hurts, who suffered a concussion against the Washington Commanders on Dec. 22, missed the Eagles' final two regular-season games while going through the NFL's concussion protocol.
