After a severe snowstorm delayed their interview process, the Saints have rescheduled interviews with several of their top candidates, including former Dallas Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy.

After ending his tenure as head coach of Jerry Jones' Dallas Cowboys, Mike McCarthy is ready to interview with an NFL team interested in hiring him.

After just one year with the Packers, the New Orleans Saints brought McCarthy on as their offensive coordinator. He'd be with the Saints until 2004, overseeing one of the NFL's most explosive offenses. McCarthy left New Orleans to become offensive coordinator for the San Francisco 49ers in 2005.

The Saints have completed another in-person head coach interview, this time wrapping up one with Giants offensive coordinator Mike Kafka. New Orleans is also compliant with the Rooney Rule now. Kafka is the third in-person interview the Saints have conducted, with Anthony Weaver going on Friday and Darren Rizzi over a week ago.
