Florida's new Super Speeder Law cracks down on aggressive speeding throughout the state, making it a criminal offense.

A new Florida law targeting so-called "super speeders" is now in effect, imposing tougher penalties on drivers caught going 50 miles per hour or more over the speed limit or driving recklessly at 100 mph or faster.

Orange County deputies said they clocked a driver traveling at 104 miles per hour just minutes after the law took effect on July 1. Sheriff John Mina shared the incident on social media. “Do not go over 100 mph or we will take you to jail.
