Demonstrators gathered around the country Saturday for “No Kings” protests against the Trump administration on the same day as his military parade celebrating the 250th birthday of the U.S. Army.

The U.S. Army celebrated its 250th anniversary on Saturday with a massive military parade in Washington, D.C., against a backdrop of political division and protests savaging President Trump.

The protests were called No Kings. The 33-mile trip from one protest in Annapolis to the parade grandstand in front of the White House was like a journey between two different countries.
