Ohio State's Josh Simmons scraps with Louisville's Ashton Gillette during Chiefs' practice drill in rookies' first NFL camp.

The intensity of the third day of pads-on practice, and perhaps the heat, led to the first scuffle in the Kansas City Chiefs' training camp. Rookie offensive lineman Josh Simmons starred in an altercation with fellow rookie defensive end Ashton Gillotte Tuesday morning.

Simmons and Gillotte have had some notable battles in team practices this offseason, but things boiled over today after the former got a bit too aggressive on a block. Gillotte responded by shoving the offensive tackle and pulling his jersey, which resulted in Simmons taking a swing at him.
