Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Xavier Worthy sued the woman, saying she destroyed or stole property after making a false assault accusation.

AUSTIN — Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Xavier Worthy sued his former girlfriend who accused him of attacking her, alleging the woman assaulted him and stole or destroyed more than $150,000 in cash and property.

Chiefs receiver says his ex-fiancee’s actions after his arrest were “just the beginning of what now feels like a never-ending horror story.”
