There's a hidden minigame in Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart that hasn't been discovered in four years. Unlock the minigame by shooting the signs a specific number of times before entering the bar.

Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart was released on June 11, 2021 for the PS5, and was one of the earliest titles for Sony’s console that really flexed the hardware muscles.

There hasn't been any definitive word about a new Ratchet & Clank game, but Rift Apart was ported to PC in 2023. Presumably Parker's hidden minigame is on that version of the game as well.
