The Honolulu Fire Department swiftly rescued an injured hiker from Mānoa Falls Trail using an aerial operation.

The U.S. Coast Guard on Thursday rescued and medevaced a cruise ship passenger who experienced multiple strokes south of Oahu.

Video captured shows the rescue of a 72-year-old man who had suffered "multiple strokes 300 miles offshore Kailua-Kona, Hawaii," the U.S. Coast Guard said.

The Honolulu Fire Department was summoned today to airlift an injured hiker from the Kuliouou Trail in Aina Haina.
