Disney World is set to open both of its water parks, Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach, for the first time in six years. Here's what to know.

Disney has seen demand for its water parks swell since it began offering free water park entry to its resort hotel guests on their check-in date, at the start of this year.

From May 21 through Sept. 7, Disney World guests can enjoy both water parks. Blizzard Beach will temporarily close between May 1 and May 20 before reopening for summer fun.
