The village of Ruidoso in New Mexico was continuing recovery and clean up efforts after heavy rains from storms overwhelmed the Rio Ruidoso on July 8.
The victims, who were swept downstream by the unprecedented floodwaters, include a man aged between 40 and 50, a 4-year-old girl, and a 7-year-old boy. Officials said they are not releasing their identities at the moment.
