The biggest Love Island USA Season 7 recoupling following Casa Amor took place after everyone was reunited in the villa. Host Ariana Madix said each Islander had to write down the name of the person they wanted to couple up with and would have to match each other’s names; otherwise, they would be left single and vulnerable.

In "Love Island: USA" Season 7, new singles also come with new rules. Episode 19 introduced a fresh format to the highly anticipated Casa Amor segment for the popular dating reality television series.
