Hulk Hogan may have died due to a devastating medical mistake that cost him his life, according to an explosive new report from TMZ. Law enforcement sources familiar with the Clearwater Police Department’s report on the 911 response told the outlet that an occupational therapist was present at Hogan’s Florida home when he stopped breathing.

She said police and medical professionals are “literally putting their careers at risk” by reaching out to her with new information.
