Tommy Fleetwood has been the consensus "best player without a win on the PGA Tour" for a few years now, and the English star is once again in position to finally get that breakthrough win after two rounds at the FedEx St.

The 63-64 combo from the first two rounds not only put Fleetwood in position to win, but also to chase down Scottie Scheffler in the FedEx Cup standings. Scheffler enters Saturday six shots back of Fleetwood at seven-under after a second-round 66.

Opening rounds of 63 and 64 have put the Englishman in a solid position to pick up his first career PGA Tour victory. Famous last words and all… but at the time of this writing Fleetwood has a four-stroke lead over the next-closest player as we turn to the weekend.
