The Cincinnati Bengals have announced a new starter at quarterback for Week 6 of the NFL season, with the Joe Flacco era in Cincy set to begin. As per Albert Breer, Bengals head coach Zac Taylor has named Flacco as the starting QB for Sunday’s contest against the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field.
