Jeremy Rockliff has addressed the Liberal party faithful, all but claiming victory in Tasmania's election, as the vote count continues. Rockliff did the same in the state election held just 16 months ago, before his tenure ended in a no-confidence vote over the new AFL stadium plans, and the snap election was called.
