By Venetian standards San Giuliano park is huge. Its circumference is some 4 km and it is made very suitable for running and cycling, as there are asphalted lanes (separate lanes for both) criss cros…Full review by Robert O
hi folks we have already decided to park our car at SAN GIULIANO CAR PARKS during our visit to Venice on 12 January 2017, however can anyone help us with the following questions please. 1 is SAN GIULIANO CAR PARKS a reliable place to park, we will have a luxury car but of course no valuables inside. 2 can one drive in and out the carpark 24/7 ? 3 can we pay for the parking fee with a credit card ? 4 what about public transportation to and from venice ? thanks a lot folks.

Well, I did drive past the car park yesterday, but in a moment of distraction missed the turning and the moment was lost! However ... (1) An ex-girlfriend of mine from Mestre told me she wouldn't go to Parco San Giuliano on her own at night. Take that as you will. (2) A web search involving AVM or AVM SPA (the company that runs the car parks) shows that there are actually THREE car parks. The PORTA GIALLA one is 24/7, the other two are not. (3) No idea.
