Great uncrowded state park. There are some great trails for walking. There is a very island-like restaurant there which really gives you a feeling of being in the islands. There is also a more casual…Full review by PalmTreeLife

Hi Sally, The Florida Parks official website states that Bill Baggs State Park is open 8am to sunset, 365 days a year. Parking is currently $8/vehicle. You will love the beaches and the sunset at this park. It’s location, just a short drive from Miami is really convenient as well. Ask the park employee manning the toll booth which location is best as far as concentration of visitors. We had a huge stretch of beach almost to ourselves.
